Nelmes Primary School is situated at the northern end of Wingletye Lane in Hornchurch on a pleasant and spacious site. Nelmes offers an attractive, well-cared for environment and we pride ourselves on the security of our building. We provide a caring environment where each pupil is valued as an individual. Our pupils achieve high academic standards and are encouraged to always give of their best. We also promote the moral, social, physical, aesthetic and spiritual development of each child within every aspect of school life. Our misison statement 'Opportunities for Achievement' embodies the ethos of Nelmes Primary School in that all children will be given the means to be the best that they can be. We consider it important that parents work closely with the school and that they contact us at an early stage if there are concerns.
